Each week we'll learn a different part of the sequence to build to a full massage routine by the end of the 5 weeks.
It's a great opportunity to meet local parents and carers as you're learning together through the duration of the course. There will be tea break part way through for a hot drink.*
All parents and carers - Mums, Dad, Grandparents, mates are so welcome.
You'll receive a little bottle of massage oil and step-by-step ebooklet to incorporate this beautiful practise into your routine at home.
There is a cafe at Yonder so refreshments are not included, hence lower course price.
My baby massage courses take place in Studio 1, Pembury Community Centre, 1 Atkins Square, Dalston Lane, E8 1FA and at Yonder, 6 Hooker's Rd, London E17 6DP.
NB Please note the format is changing from March onwards and moving from 5 to 4 sessions and the cost is reflected in this change.
