MAMA NEEDS COFFEE

Reagan @the.mindful.mother - pre & postnatal yoga instructor and I host a free warm and welcoming space for families in Hackney.

They take place on the first Thursday of every month 11.15am -12.45pm at Pembury Community Centre, Dalston lane - E8 1FA.

Step-free access with loads of space for prams

👶🏻👶🏽👶🏾👶🏾👶🏿 Bring your babies - there will be a little play area and changing table all set up

🫖☕️🍪 Free teas, coffee, biscuits and maybe even cake if I can be arsed… if you want to bring you’re more than welcome!

🤱🧑🏽 🍼Dads, partners, carers - everyone needs coffee and everyone is welcome!

Come along at any time and meet other local parents over a cuppa.
